‘’ Madura Fried Duck ‘’ and ‘’ Rangi Cake ‘’

I’m Putri Anggraini Azhari from 3EB03. My lecturer gave me a task, to story
anything about Food, Tourist attraction or maybe about Restaurant. Well, I
choose story about Food because I love eating so much. I will tell about
‘Madura Fried Duck’, this is the best
food I’ve ever tried. Starting from my father who brought Madura fried duck
when he came home from work. Madura fried duck is a typical food from Madura.
The meat is sprinkled with thick sauce and also serundeng which makes it more
savory. The taste is savory, salty, spicy and there is a mixture of coconut.
Very interesting blend of flavors, because I think it’s too bored if It’s only
fried duck. The price of Madura fried duck is start from 13.000 – 15.000
Rupiah. Its’ so cheap, right? Madura Fried Duck is only available at night, I
don’t know why. Although the taste is a little hard from the meat, but it does
not reduce the delicious taste that it has. The second story I will tell about
Rangi Cake. This is the best cake I’ve ever tried. Besides because the price is
very cheap, the taste doesn’t disappointed. Rangi cake made from coconut and
brown sugar. The price of Rangi cake is start from 2.500 – 5.000 Rupiah, so
cheap right? The taste is sweet and savory. But this cake is an ancient cake,
which is now very rarely found in the city. When I find the seller of rangi
cake, I will definitely buy it. My mother really like rangi cakes. This food
Madura fried duck and rangi cake are highly recommended for you to try. I hope
